Fair Lawn All-Sports

ALL-SPORTS STARS BASKETBALL PROGRAM

Fair Lawn All-Sports is Proud to Present the STARS Program for the Winter of 2024 (Starting 1-10-26 and ending 3-7-26) for Children with Special Needs ages 5 to 15 where we will be playing Basketball.

What is unique about this program?

· Fair Lawn All-Sports, in conjunction with the Fair Lawn Access for All Committee, has established a sports program to help enrich and promote an active lifestyle, good sportsmanship, a higher sense of self-esteem and help improve overall social and physical skills.

How does the program work?

· We will have small groups of players who will be led by a host of enthusiastic coaches as well as volunteers from the Fair Lawn High School and All-Sports community. We will make every effort to maintain a high ratio of coaches to players. By providing a high ratio we intend to foster a love of learning a new sport through positive development and successful progress. All of our coaches and volunteers have received instruction in the fundamentals of the game.

When will we play?

· We will play on Saturday afternoons from 3:30 to 4:30 at the Fair Lawn Community Center on Kipp Street in Fair Lawn.

What ages can play?

· The program is open to children ages 5 to 15 years old. We will group the players by age and/or ability.

How much will it cost?

· The cost is $25 per player.
